Covid-19 Vaccination Passports
NHS app England’s NHS app is now available to use as a vaccine passport for proof of a COVID vaccine
- A paper version will also be available by calling 119 but Stovell House are not able to provide this for you.
- The NHS app is separate to the NHS Covid-19 app, which is used for contact tracing.
Patients can already use the NHS app to: request repeat prescriptions, book appointments, view medical records. The NHS app contains a separate feature to display coronavirus vaccine records, so there is no need to contact Stovell House.
If you are already registered with one of our other online access providers (such as Patient Access or MyGP) and you would like more detailed access to your medical record, please complete this form for this feature to be enabled.
